Terms and Conditions
- This website is owned and managed by Global Jewellery Concepts Pty Ltd. By using this website you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions.
- Not all items will be available for immediate dispatch – any items not available will be placed on back order and sent when available. You may cancel or delete back orders at any time but if this is not done prior to dispatching them then you are deemed to have confirmed the back order.
- There is no minimum order quantity.
- All goods remain the property of Global Jewellery Concepts until the amount owing is paid in full.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars and are wholesale prices. Prices are ex-GST. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time, due to fluctuating currency & metal prices.
- We offer a full refund or exchange on any manufacturing faults and workmanship.
- All new accounts require up front payment. Once approved, customers may place orders on account according to pre-agreed terms or if you are part of a buying group payment will be made according to their buying groups payment terms. Failure to pay within these account terms will result in all future accounts reverting back to a payment up front, at our discretion. For customers on account, we accept EFT and credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard). Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Any accounts exceeding 60 days will forfeit the right to any returns or exchanges. - We will exchange stock within 30 days on the following conditions:
- All stock returned must be highly polished and coded, ready for resale.
- Returned items will be credited to an original invoice price, unless it has since been discounted, and then the discounted price will apply.
- Any items made to order are not eligible for exchange.
- Any items deleted from our range, cannot be returned.
